Here's what actually happens to your access and your next charge when you upgrade, downgrade, cancel or come back — from your workspace's Plan & billing settings.

How plans are priced

Every plan is priced either monthly or yearly, and yearly always works out cheaper per month than paying monthly. Depending on where you're buying from, prices show in Indian Rupees or US Dollars automatically; you can switch currency when picking a plan.

Changing your plan

Open Change plan to see every option side by side, with your current plan marked.

• Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately — you get the new plan's features and limits right away. You're charged a top-up for the rest of your current billing period at checkout, then billed the new plan's full price from your next renewal.
• Moving to a lower plan (or switching yearly to monthly) waits until your current billing period actually ends — you keep everything you already paid for until then, with nothing extra charged at checkout.

Cancelling

Cancelling doesn't cut you off immediately — you keep your paid plan's features until the end of the period you already paid for, then your workspace drops to the free plan automatically. A cancellation can't be undone once you confirm it.

Changed your mind? Once the paid period ends you can subscribe again from the same settings screen. That starts a fresh billing cycle on the day you subscribe.

Invoices

Every payment gets a downloadable invoice from the same settings screen — GST-compliant for Indian customers, and an export invoice with no GST for customers billed outside India.
